Creativity
Laura is deeply passionate about various creative pursuits, including cooking, writing, growing her own food, and building tech projects. Currently, she is writing a cookbook featuring authentic dairy-free pasta recipes. Motivated by her son's dairy allergy, she dedicated the past two years to modifying her recipes to accommodate him, aiming to showcase the authenticity achievable without this key ingredient. Additionally, Laura is a contributing writer to the Peak Performance book series by Erik Seversen.
Connection
Cultivating meaningful relationships serves as a cornerstone of Laura's existence. She deeply values the connections she forges with others, prioritizing open communication, empathy, and mutual support. These bonds enrich her life, providing a profound sense of belonging and purpose. Laura is still fond of writing letters to friends and family in spite of the digital world we live in.
Courage
Laura is naturally drawn to experiences that challenge her comfort zone. From exploring the great outdoors to embarking on a shark dive, going on random adventures, or participating in a sporting clay shoot, she eagerly pursues the adrenaline rush that ignites her spirit.
